All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

As many of our timepieces are pre-owned, minor signs of wear consistent with age may be present unless otherwise stated

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in AUD and may include GST where applicable.
Full payment must be received and cleared before any item is shipped or released.
We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors

Withdraw listings at any time

Cancel orders in cases of fraud risk or payment irregularities

Ownership of the watch transfers only once full cleared payment has been received​

4. Orders & Acceptance
Submission of an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.
Tell the Time Co. reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including:

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Shipping
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.
All shipments are dispatched only after full payment is received.
Insurance is available at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the item has been handed to the courier, unless insured shipping has been arranged

Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
Due to the nature of luxury timepieces and market volatility, we do not accept returns for change of mind or price fluctuations.
All statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain applicable.

7. Consignment & Trade Services
Where Tell the Time Co. facilitates a sale on behalf of a consignor:

8. Market Volatility Disclaimer
Luxury watch prices fluctuate due to supply, demand, and global market conditions.
Tell the Time Co. does not guarantee future value, appreciation, or investment performance of any watch sold.
Purchases should not be made solely for speculative investment purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tell the Time Co. is not liable for:

Courier delays or losses where insurance was declined
