Order Processing
All orders must be paid in full and cleared before shipment is arranged.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.
For security purposes, we reserve the right to request additional verification prior to dispatch.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after full payment is received.

All domestic shipments are sent via overnight express delivery.

Signature on delivery is required for all watch shipments.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping insurance is available at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
If insurance is declined, Tell the Time Co. is not responsible for loss or damage once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

While we take every precaution to package items securely, Tell the Time Co. is not liable for courier-related delays, loss, or damage where insurance has not been selected.
