At Tell the Time Co., we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every timepiece we sell. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or defective.
If you believe your item is defective or was damaged in transit, please email us at admin@tellthetimeco.com within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this period may not be eligible for review.
To initiate a return request, please provide:

Proof of purchase (tax invoice or order confirmation)

Clear photographs of the defect or damage

All claims must be submitted via our official contact channels.

Inspection Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective-item returns.
After we receive the item, it will undergo inspection to verify the reported issue. The watch must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and protective materials.
We reserve the right to decline returns if:

The item shows signs of wear, misuse, alteration, or damage not present at delivery

The defect was not reported within the 30-day window

The watch has been opened, tampered with, or serviced by a third party

Refunds
If your return is approved following inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect

Exchanges
Where stock is available, we may offer an exchange for the same model. If an identical replacement is not available, a refund will be processed in accordance with the policy above.

Due to the nature of luxury timepieces and market volatility, we do not accept returns for:
